Der 103er is a community youth center in Munich run by the Kreisjugendring München-Stadt. Since 1965 it offers free, drop-in spaces with games, crafts, and concerts for children and young people aged 6–21. It hosts activities in many areas, with staff supervising and enforcing house rules, but no formal guardianship. Regular visitors may be asked for contact details.
