The site explains the University of Lille’s ExIST program: customized, short, cross-disciplinary executive training for organizations to upskill staff. Courses are co-designed with partners (startups, SMEs, large companies) and taught by university researchers. The aim is practical skills for transitions in innovation and ecological change. Topics include thinking about activity and lifecycle, change management in a circular economy, ecological transition law, and resource valorization of products and waste. The program is supported by the B4C network (Bioeconomy For Change) and Pôle IAR.
